1 First, We Listen We Learn

To find a modular home that works for you, we need to know your vision. We listen to you closely. What do you need, what do you want in a home? What is your timeline? Your ideas, tastes and comforts will educate us to help find the home that suits YOU.

2 We Perfect Your Floor Plans and Decorating Details

You'll work closely with our experienced and educated Housing Consultant. We'll meet, talk, review and revise. We want to be sure your home makes the best use of the site –while delivering a welcoming floor plan to suit your budget and lifestyle.

You will enjoy the process of sitting down with your Consultant in our in-house design room to select all the details: flooring, colors and finishes that match your vision of your home.

3 We Execute Your Plan

Your plan is in place, all of your details are accounted for, and now you just sit back and relax as your home is built. We will of course keep you in the loop as required and answer any questions. We can even arrange for you to visit the factory if you like.

We anticipate it will take the usual 6 - 12 weeks to complete your home. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns about preparing for your home related to the site or natural terrain, delivery questions, pilings etc. we are here to help. If required we can even have a professional from our service crew come and view your site free of charge to ensure you are ready for your new home. We actively manage your order and delivery to make sure everything is completed in a professional manner. We gladly work hard at perfecting your home as per your specifications. If you have any question, the entire E&E HOMES team stands accountable for every answer.

4 Love Your New Home

When your home is ready, we will work with you to confirm a delivery date. Once delivered and set up you'll have a formal orientation to ensure you are completely comfortable within your home. Our entire team has worked hard to ensure your satisfaction to this point. But it doesn't end here. It is our privilege to remain available to you for the entire first year in your new home - not only for warranty issues should they arise, but for help and advice on any topic about your home. Then beyond your first year we continue to be accessible to offer helpful advice and service where we can. You'll be glad you bought your home from E&E HOMES!
