All the homes we build for Alberta are A277 inspected to conform with Part 9 of the Alberta Building Code for residential structures.

All water lines and heat ducts are enclosed in a heated compartment. The 1/2' CD Gyproc ceiling meets or exceeds all fire regulations. The SturdiWall construction guarantees the ultimate in stability.
