| Once your home is in on site, our support and commitment to service excellence continues. Even though our factory will have done several inspections of your home, we will do another one, with you on site, to ensure the home meets E & E’s high standards as well as your own. We will also do an initial orientation with you of your new home so that you are comfortable with the many features. Even though we are just a phone call away, for your convenience you will receive a new Home Owners Manual to help answer any additional questions you may have regarding your warranties, and maintenance of your home. |
| Well after your move in-date our support continues. We will follow up with you to make sure all is well. In the event that there may be warranty work to be done, this allows our in-house warranty team to handle it effectively and efficiently. Our clients are comforted knowing we are proactive, calling them to make sure they do not have any concerns or questions that may go unaddressed. |
