If this is so new to you that you don't know where to start, we will walk you through the entire process. From helping you find a location for your new home, choosing the home that's right for you, to making sure that home fits your budget, and learning how to shop for quality and value, we will help. And the best part is we offer this as a free service.

To help you out even further, again as a free service, we can help you find financing, offer site inspections of your new home location, and walk you through how to set up the services on your site. We help you choose a home with as many luxuries as possible while staying within your budget, making sure there are no surprises of hidden costs or extra expenses.

Once your home is in on site, our support and commitment to service excellence continues. Even though our factory will have done several inspections of your home, we will do another one, with you on site, to ensure the home meets E&E's high standards as well as your own. We will also do an initial orientation with you of your new home so that you are comfortable with the many features. Even though we are just a phone call away, for your convenience you will receive a new Home Owners Manual to help answer any additional questions you may have regarding your warranties, and maintenance of your home.

Well after your move in-date our support continues. We will follow up with you to make sure all is well. In the event that there may be warranty work to be done, this allows our in-house warranty team to handle it effectively and efficiently. Our clients are comforted knowing we are proactive, calling them to make sure they do not have any concerns or questions that may go unaddressed.

Every staff member here gets involved. Everyone, including the owner and president of the company is hands on and accessible to every client. This means we do not "pass the buck" on concerns or questions from one department to another, and it also means there is always someone available to deal with any questions or concerns you may have.
